ちょっとした事を書いていきたいと思います。

海外のオンライン数学サークルに参加しました。
先生は、"11月23日はFibonacci Day（フィボナッチの日）です."
と言いました。
I participated in an online math circle.
The math circle teacher said, "November 23rd is Fibonacci Day."
最初に先生はマフラーを用意して、その上に、色鉛筆を１本、１本、２本、３本...と置いていきました。
First, the teacher prepared a scarf and placed one, one, two, three... colored pencils on it.
自分はそれはフィボナッチ数列だと気づいたので、自分は"それはズバリ、フィボナッチ数です"と言いました。
I realized that it was a Fibonacci sequence, so I said, "It is a Fibonacci number."
次に、先生が"フィボナッチ数の絵を描きましょう"と言いました。
最初に、一辺が１の正方形を横に繋げて２つ描きました。
次に、反時計回りに紙を回して一辺が２の正方形を１つ描きました。
それを続けて、一辺が８の正方形まで描きました。
そこで、書いた正方形に１/４の円を書き入れると、黄金比になりました。
黄金比は、絵画や彫刻をバランスよくするための比率で、およそ１:１.６１８です。
Next, the teacher said, "Let's draw a picture of the Fibonacci numbers."
First, I drew two squares with a side of 1 connected horizontally.
Next, I turned the paper counterclockwise and draw a square with sides of 2.
Continue doing this until you reach a square with 8 sides.
So, when I drew a 1/4 circle into the square we had drawn, I found the golden ratio.
The golden ratio is a ratio used to balance paintings and sculptures, and is approximately 1:1.618.
また、先生は、なぜ11月23日がフィボナッチの日なのかも教えてくれました。
最初の４つの数字が１、１、２、３だからだそうです。
The teacher also explained why November 23rd is Fibonacci day.
This is because the first four numbers are 1, 1, 2, and 3.
自分は、フィボナッチは好きですが、フェルマーの方が好きです。
